Returns
Return policy becomes effective upon customers receipt of item(s).
Customers are required to inspect items immediately upon receipt.
Customers ARE responsible for their purchase decisions.
Unopened item(s) can be returned within 10 business days from the purchase date.
Custom orders and certain licensed software titles are non returnable once they leave the store.
Tech Aid reserves the right to refuse a return or assess a restocking fee of 20% for any items returned after 10 business days.
Opened Products
Opened item(s), including software, may not be returned or exchanged unless verified as defective by Tech Aid. See below for policy regarding defective products.
Tech Aid reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of 20% on any return.
Defective Products
Tech Aid reserves the right to inspect and verify defective returns.
Within 10 business days, defective items will be exchanged for exact same items.
After 10 business days, Product warranty guidelines should be followed by the customer.
Tech Aid is not responsible for missing parts. Missing parts are covered by individual Manufacturer policies.
Returned items must include ALL original packaging, manuals, original box, and invoice or the items are not returnable.
